Lanes Kcaligram Glucomannan, is a nutritional supplement containing glucomannan, a 100% plant ingredient derived from the Konjac mannan plant.
Glucomannan is a soluble fiber, with the property of absorbing a large amount of water so as to form a natural gel, which creates a feeling of satiety resulting in the intake of less food and consequently fewer calories.
According to the results of numerous studies, glucomannan has been approved by the European Food Safety Commission (EFSA) as an ingredient that helps in weight loss as part of a reduced calorie diet. Prerequisite for the above result is the consumption of at least 3gr of glucomannan on a daily basis in three doses of 1gr each, along with 2 glasses of water before each meal. According to studies, the daily intake of 4gr of glucomannan helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Recommended Dosage
3 times a day (ie morning, noon and evening), take 2 capsules along with 2 glasses of water, 1 hour before a meal, ie 6 capsules in total per day.
