In the event of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake to replace it immediately without any additional financial burden to the customer if we are notified either by telephone (211-8009093) or by email ([email protected]).
A basic condition for the completion of the replacement is the customer to keep the product in the form in which he received it (with any alteration) so that the corresponding quality control can be performed by us.
In case the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, smile-pharmacy.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.
In the event of a non-defective product being returned, it can be returned if:
a) The date of receipt of your order, with the date of submission of the request for return (by phone or e-mail), should not exceed 14 calendar days.
b) the packaging has not been violated and is in its original condition.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: The customer is responsible for the correct and safe packaging of the product that will be returned to our warehouses so that it does not suffer any damage during transport, products that have suffered due to poor shipping packaging will not be accepted.
In the above cases the customer is charged with the shipping costs after consultation.
It is not possible to return non-defective refrigerator items as well as baby and children's food (milk, ready meals, creams, snacks, special food items).
