Collagen is the protein that is found in larger quantities in the body. Its functional role is to create connective tissue fibers in organs such as the skin, muscles, ligaments, cartilage and capillaries. Numerous studies show a beneficial effect of anthocyanins in rebuilding, enhancing and maintaining collagen in the body.
Many pathological conditions are caused by disruption of the structure and function of collagen, such as degenerative osteoarthritis, the tendency to easily develop ecchymosis and edema (non-iatrogenic) due to disruption of the structure of the capillary wall.
Dosage
2 tablets a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, for the first 2 months.
Then, for maintenance 1 tablet per day.
