Dosage and method of use:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules, 1 or 2 times daily after meals (or as directed by your doctor).
- Children 5-12 years: 1 capsule a day after meals.
- For people who are going to travel: 2 capsules a day after meals, 2 weeks before departure. During the trip, 4 capsules a day with food.
- For people taking antibiotics: 4 capsules a day after meals, preferably at a different time from taking antibiotics. Treatment should be continued for 2 weeks after the end of antibiotic treatment.
