Instructions for use:
Apply the sunscreen on dry skin 20 - 30 minutes before sun exposure.
We renew it often, at least every 2 hours, as well as immediately after swimming, wiping with a towel and sweating.

The amount required to achieve the product attributed efficiency is 6 teaspoons (or 36 grams) throughout our body.
